Waves of Grace is a small, quiet practice devoted to nervous system regulation, thoughtful reflection, and restoration of inner coherence.New visitors typically begin with an orientation visit. This allows you to experience Cymatherapy and, if you wish, a brief symbolic reflection. There is no expectation to continue beyond this visit. The purpose is simply to see whether the work feels supportive to you. This practice proceeds at a calm and respectful pace. Many people arrive carrying stress or transition, and part of this work is allowing both body and psyche the time they need to settle.Cymatherapy sessions support nervous system regulation through sound frequency patterns. Symbolic consultation uses reflective dialogue and symbolic tools such as Tarot for insight and meaning. This work is non-predictive and non-directive, and respects each person's own inner knowing. Waves of Grace is best suited for individuals seeking depth, calm, and thoughtful process rather than quick answers or urgent intervention.Visits are scheduled individually and messages are returned during practice quiet hours so that each person may receive unhurried attention. If you choose to continue after your first visit, we simply proceed at a pace that feels appropriate and sustainable. When calm returns, the soul can think again
